Virtual Try-On is a web-based tool that generates try-on preview images by combining your photo with clothing images using AI technology. The Service is provided for pre-purchase reference purposes only.

Important: The generated previews are visual references and do not guarantee accurate fit, size, fabric drape, or actual appearance when worn.

3. User Eligibility

The Service is available to users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload content depicting minors in any inappropriate manner
• Upload content that is hateful, discriminatory, or violent
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating try-on previews.

Generated Content: The try-on preview images generated by our Service are provided for your personal reference. Redistribution, commercial use, or claiming these generated images as your own original work may be subject to intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Rights: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload any images, including images of others. Do not upload images of people without their consent.

6. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers a free tier with limited trials. Additional trials or subscription plans may be available for purchase. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The generated previews will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Try-On and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past twelve months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virtual Try-On and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to the Service
